Welcome to June! As the months fly by it’s important to remember your long term ambitions as much as your day to day goals. Writing down what you are working towards can not only help you plan, but also keep you focused and motivated. What’s my favorite way to do this you ask?
It’s the first Wednesday of the month of May, which means time for Tiny Pig calendar! This calendar is so adorable I just want to rip out previous months and save them! To see the past two months, check out the March and April posts.
Oh Tiny Pig and your words of wisdom, how right you are. With spring weather and beautiful flowers blooming everywhere, this isn’t hard to do! It’s my favorite time of year and the prettiest in my opinion.
I have a busy couple of months ahead, so I will be utilizing this calendar more so than ever. I even just swapped a few items for a new day planner, which I’m very excited to start using. As I mentioned in my March post, wall calendars are great for an overall view of your month. They really help with long term planning and being able to see the whole month at a quick glance. In conjunction with a day planner, you’ll be an unstoppable, organized force!

It’s Wednesday already? How time flies! Since it’s the first Wednesday of the month I’m going to share my tiny pig calendar with you all for the month of April. If you’re new to my Wednesday series here’s a quick recap… I wanted to draw inspiration from the Mean Girls quote “on Wednesdays we wear pink,” and thought it would be fun to do a post specifically centered around one of my favorite colors, pink! Henceforth this series was born, featuring anything from beauty to fashion to any other pink related randomness. If you’d like to join in feel free to let me know and I’ll link your post in mine 🙂
Yes I’m taking life lessons from a very small pig. We all should pencil in some relaxation time into our calendars. Whether that time is spent reading a book, playing with your makeup, or catching up on your favorite show, you simply must make time for it! That may sound like I’m promoting laziness but really I’m encouraging mental health time. It is important for your mind to just unwind everyday, especially when so much is being thrown at you. So don’t feel guilty or lazy! Take some time for yourself and just relax!

As you may have read last week (which you can catch here,) I want to start a consistent Wednesday post centered around Pink! Perhaps I should have started with this one since it is a calendar, but oh well. Next month I’ll be sure to make it my first Wednesday post!
Many bloggers talk about having a schedule and the importance of writing stuff down. I completely agree, which is why I want to feature my In The Pink calendar which supports the Susan G. Komen organization. If you haven’t heard of the organization they basically are in the forefront of breast cancer research and funding. Wall calendars can be just as useful as keeping a notebook or planner around. It’s perfect for jotting down major events to appointments and everything in between. How can you use this to your advantage you say? Well it’s a great way to stay organized long term. At one glance you can see the entire month ahead and plan accordingly. Plus it can’t hurt to look at adorable images throughout the day!
